Starting off the birthday week celebrations a little early with some domestic bubbly.

A pinkish copper with lots of tight small bubbles. A little stinky attack on the nose with some earthy and woody notes. Undertones of peach and tangerines. Crisp and bright acidity (6/10) with a light body. Solid minerality on the palate with some orange creme and earthy notes. Very dry short to medium finish. Drink till 2018.

A little open time in the bottle and a touch of smoky Saline red fruit richness comes out cut by excellent acidity
