Actually really pleasant.. never had a sparkling ribolla before and this was a treat. Creamy mousse, delightful nose with citrus and steel. Nice finish, touch of RS, probably 10-12g.

Coming soon to the US. Delicious and extremely elegant. Lovely Ribolla Giala profile with a tight, concentrated mousse and a killer acidity.

Really fun, really bright acidity, and dangerously drinkable. The RG provides some interesting taste notes. Will be on the lookout for our RG sparklers in the future. ⚡️👀
