Les Terres Des Grands Chemins Sauvignon

Bright yellow color. Aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers and minerals. Flavors of grapefruit, lemon, gooseberries, ripe pears, fresh green herbs and wet slate. Medium length finish and blistering (high) acidity. More of a “New Zealand-like” Sauvignon Blanc in style. Crisp with 12% ABV. This one needs some food (such as a creamy cheese) to calm the acidity.
