Carmine color with alluring tobacco, garrigue, baking spice and red fruit aromas. On the palate it's light bodied, and fresh with a supple texture and dark cherry, raspberry and spice flavors underscored with complementary minerality., and chalky sweet tannins. Lingering finish

I'm usually a BIG fan of anything Perrin, but this wine is a bit on the green side and has a disproportionate amount of white pepper. I may have opened to early.

2011. Meh, green, tired, slightly ox'ed. Not my thing.
