Took about 40 minutes to fully open up. Textbook Southern Rhône wine. Light red color with tart red fruit smells. Medium body, alcohol and light to medium tannings. Great transitions with stern acidic finish.

Jan 28th, 2020Blind tasting 3 of 5. Grenache again to my surprise. Great balance, low tannins again. Green vegetables on the mid pallet with mild acidity. Great wine with aging potential. Give it 4-5 years and that acidity will turn into pure bliss.
