2020. My second Romorantin based wine and though slightly different flavors profiles, I really loved both of them with Mediterranean inspired dishes. The floral aromas and subtle stone fruit flavors paired great with a “Niçoise” pasta and it didn’t accentuate any fishy flavors from the oil-packed tuna filets.
