Nice for post-climate change CDP. Yes, a bit blocky, but not nearly as much as some. Some nice stony, earthy, iodiney savoriness to the full and lengthy flavors. A little of the 15% heat peeks through in the finish, but with braised short ribs it’s acceptable, maybe even desirable!

2019 vintage was very smooth. Berries no aftertaste. Good legs but not too overpowering. I had it with steak and was glorious
