Been a while since I've had a plain ole cab and it'll continue to be a while as this isn't just any plain ole cab. Sourced from grapes on Tupungato, one of the highest of the Andean mountains, this cab is refined and surprising. With an intense purple robe, it bursts with red and black fruits that please. Sometimes the spice can be left out and the wine loses nothing.
