A single vineyard Parellada from a forested parcel in Penedés at 700m. Native yeast primary and ML in concrete over the winter. Pretty floral aromatics, mingled with forest floor herbaceous tones, and a hint of beeswax. A short finish makes it a very fun and different white for seafood, grilled veggies or just porch pounding.

I didn't get much satisfaction from the flavor of this wine. It's a little unbalanced and funky. Overall it wasn't impressive
