Parsimonious really works for white grapes and it neutralises some of the disconnected bitterness that can sometimes haunt whites form this region. There is no way anyone on the planet would dislike this wine. If UK wineries aren't giving this a go, they are bonkers.

Great acidity. Stone fruit, peach blossom, and almond. RS actually seems to be pretty low. Very fruit-forward, though, having been made in the appassimento style.
