Smooth, elegant, easy-going Venetian Merlot. Hardworker.
Vibrant deep garnet colour of some transparency, ruby red rim.
Violets, red currant, vanilla and cherry compose the bouquet.
Delicate, well-structured palate with velvety tannins and moderate acidity. Red currant, plums, wild cherry flavors hinted by herbs and pomegranate.
Finishes with brooding ashberry bitterness and unripe plum nuance.
Paired well my green salad with blue mold cheese and honeyed quince.
