Nov 10th, 2017Strong ruby red. Quite a bit of dark fruit and mushroom undertones on the nose. Moderate tannins (7/10) and moderate body. Slight heat too. Dark fruits and cassis. Moderate finish that carries the tannins and dark fruits throughout. Needs time to develop. Will revisit on day two. Preliminary assessment is drink till 2024.
