Pungent nose has crushed Szechuan peppercorns that give way quickly to an intense scent that my brother said reminded him of the carcinogenic diazinon we used to spray around the house in the 70s when we were teenagers. But in a good way. Crisp and less hazardous in the mouth. Peppery, savory, goods acids, quick, cleansing finish.
