The 2019 Grand Vin is a Malbec with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot from Vistalba and Las Compuertas and was barrel-aged for 16 months in 50% new oak. A vivid purple in the glass. The complex nose delivers dark fruit, plum, redcurrant, oak and stock hints. Creamy and broad with a fairly smooth texture and grippy, finely-grained tannins.
