Green olives and brine on the nose. Stewed apricots. Preserved lemon, pine nut. Rhone blend at 8yr. Smells more aged then it tastes. Could have aged better.

2012 vintage. Chemin Blanc (40%), Grenache Blanc (20%), Roussanne (17%), Chardonnay and Viognier (9% each). Smoky with well infused notes of tropical fruits. Restrained and well balanced.
