ヴィオニエの濃密な果実味。その後、塩味のヴェルメンティーノ。
香りはシャルドネのようなパイナップル、蜜蝋、トロピカルフルーツなど甘い香りが支配的。
飲んでも甘いが、ヴェルメンティーノも効いていて、美味しい。
少し甘いけど、ペアリングがハマればすごく良いと思う。
試してないけど、貝柱なんかはベストだろう。
カキフライは良かった。グラタンなんかもいいだろうなぁ。
