On the nose, dense blackberry, strong pepper, and olive comes through as well as a bit of earth and a distinct salami meaty-ness, oddly enough. On the palate, more dark fruit and a fairly large mouthfeel, although the alcohol is a bit astringent until it mellows over time in the glass.. Ok, but not my favorite.
