Not quite the sumptuousness of the La Perucca from a few weeks ago at Georgio’s with Katherine, $135 or $91 atVino Mito. Can’t wait to try the other Langhe Nebbiolo - ‘Roccabella’ and the Barolo Lulu.

2003 Eugenio Bocchino La Perucca Nebbiolo d’Alba: 2003 vintage = 4.1 points. A dark red color with some browning of the edges with a nice, but faint nose & a full, fairly complex & tannic body& a long aftertaste. The vineyard is reportedly 10 feet from the Barolo border & tastes like it.
