This wine is READY. Glad I have another one of these though. This wine has the gritty blackberry that is actually quite reminiscent of a younger cab. Vanilla and fruitcake spice in the background. Blackberry and oregano finish. Full bodied and hedonistic. Went VERY WELL with pizza. This wine is hedonistic. Enjoyed with pizza, this wine was firing on all cylinders with and without food. I've been holding this one now for about 3.5 years and glad it came out to play tonight! Drink through 2022.

Balanced and incredibly smooth. Deep purple hue with very refined tannins. Perfect pairing with grilled ribeye steak!
