Etienne DuPont Cuvée Colette. This has the nose of a Pinot Noir- very red-fruited, but with baked orchard fruit at the same time. Toasty bread and crystallized honey notes, minerally. Really in love with the nose but the palate is weird. Bubbles are a bit aggressive. Like most aggressive I've had in a cider.
