Slight effervescence in the glass
Crushed gravel
Honey suckle
Asian pear
Meyer lemon
Saline
Citrus
Green mango

Med round, not sharp, but it has a tang
The aromas are stewy and blended, melded and moving as to make them hard to pinpoint. There is a fussiness to the nose, dust from the crushed gravel that is rocky but not slatey.

Great little wine from a brand new winery. Hints of banana and spice on the nose when you first open the bottle that opens to fresh citrus. Bright and fresh in the mouth (lemon zest and green apple) with an elusive touch of nutmeg. Lively, medium short finish.
