A fruit forward Pavie that was wonderful immediately out of the bottle. No jamminess whatsoever, and concentrated enough to complement beef (and oxtail)! Worth a try if you find it on the wine list at a brasserie!

This was still quite young and tannic. Plenty of flavor, a touch oaky for me but interesting.
