perhaps my hands-down favorite winery of Hawkes Bay. Lovely barrel fermented Chardonnay with transparency and bright acidity. Killed the fresh Florida seafood we threw it up against. Great to see these old friends on a wine list here in the states.

One of my favorite Chardonnay under $20. No cheap Chardonnay "bite" on the finish. Round and creamy, and while not super complex, seriously delicious and balanced!

Great example of oaky chardonnay. Just not to my taste.

Elegant new world Chardonnay made in one of the best NZ wine region of Hawkes bay. Slightly oaked that brings the vanilla out along with a butter popcorn balanced with citrusy grapefruit notes. One interesting note: hints of daiginjo sake on the nose; perhaps it’s the white flower or lychees aromas. Nice new world white.

Straw color, bright nose. I get grapefruit on the oak. Great for summer.

Surprised to see how well the 2011 was holding up. Would have guessed white Burgundy had I tasted bling. Great!

N. Z. Sav. Blanc, what can I say I haven’t about dozen others I’ve rated...

@wine_com this is Excellent!!! It's a pale straw coloured Chard. Fresh fruit aromas - then creamy on the tongue with white peach balanced with hints of citrus and light oak. Steamed some mussels in a garlic sauce with some of this wine as a base Superb!
