The only wine that doesn't taste like grape juice since giving up sugar. Bone dry. Still light and tasty.

Really nice SA cab. Some tannins and a bit dry, but more fruity than anything.

A full-on Cabernet that we are drinking way too early, although I'm not sure there is enough fruit here to age. There are dark fruit aromas, integrated oak and some farmyard floor. Palate is nice and the very high supple tannins balance it out. Id be interested to try this again in seven years
