A spritzy good time. Want a saignee with attitude? Shazam. Remy crushes this wine in Ernest. I drank it with a spicy salmon which just absolute tickled our evening. I can still taste the bubbles battling the spice on the back of my tongue. Don't sit on this (your butt will make it warm).
