A lovely way to start dinner at Babbo in NYC. Light styled, lime, white flowers, pebble.

There's a salinity to this I just love. Crisp, alpine wine.

Great stuff. Almost plasticine nose with great texture and length. Like Riesling and champagne had an anxious baby

Totally dry; mineral but still creamy. Delicious with 5 year aged Gouda

2010. One of my favorite still wines and I needed to try a sparkling version. Fantastic acidity that cleans the palate. Great minerality. Acidity almost overwhelms the complexity of the still wine.
