Sicilia Nero d'Avola

This is my first time having the Nero D'avola varietal and my first Sicilian red.
Red ruby in color.

Light to medium bodied.
Mainly Spices and cloves on the nose, with cherries and blackberries.

Semi sweet palate with blackberries, blueberries, plums, sour cherries and black pepper.

Medium finish with soft tannins.

13% alcohol by volume.

Intense complex nose. Lighter body for a Sicilian red. Red fruit through tannic finish

Purchased at ABC. First time I've had it. Tasty Sicilian wine
