Hello Tannis!! Orange hue on the rim, Garnett in the center, high viscosity, wine tears confirmed this was high ABV. I got flowers quickly followed by spices, coffee, wet forest floor and tar on the nose. On the palate, the tannins hit massively and high acidity leave you salivating. This bottle could easily see another 10 yrs. Wish I could get the perfume a tad bit more..would have been so amazing! Nonetheless, this was a serious and complex wine.
