Brunch prosecco. Equally good with savory and sweet flavors. Nothing interesting in an of itself but settled the purpose well.

Clear pale lemon color. Clean medium peach, apricot, light violet on the nose. Off-dry with medium acidity, med body and finish. Bread + green apple. No bubbles. Boring and barely memorable.
