California Cabernet Sauvignon

A very thin Cabernet. Lacks dimension. Green pepper and herbal notes consistent with underripe fruit. It is inoffensive and drinkable but certainly offers nothing memorable.

And the cabs take the lead. Little fruity but entertaining. Like a liberal arts professor.

Popping with flavor

This doesn’t seem good enough to be a Food Network wine...

2013 was a good year, enjoyable with steak, chocolate, or alone.

In celebration...or something like that! Here’s to us! Wine is nice too!
