Nought Dry Honey Wine
If you don’t like mead, you owe it to yourself to try this one. This completely defies expectations: it is a dry and bracing wine, beautifully textured and redolent of wildflower and honeyed fruit aromas. On the palate, a faint echo of sweetness builds to complex, savory flavors, lively acidity and a long satisfying finish. Great stuff.

Feb 24th, 2020Mmm love me some mead.
Musky like an orange wine. Honey. Beautiful orange, gold, game of thronesy color. The aesthetics are just spot on. Wildflower.
It’s got that charm and fizz that great, well-balanced sour beers have.
Leads with a strong peach, honey, apricot note that flows into tangerine, and finally a little herbaceous kick of sage to finish.
Extraordinary. As in extra ordinary.
