Fruit forward. Smooth after it aired out for a few minutes. Ends with a tobacco note. I think I'm tasting some oak barrel notes on the finish. Affordable for every day drinking. Not very tannic.

You will not find a better everyday wine at this $20 price point. Enkidu is a serious producer that takes great care in crafting it's wines. All of them are delicious. E is pound for pound a great wine. Fruit driven, well balanced, very nice wine!
