Tastes flat out like a top shelf Burgh! More red than dark fruit. Raspberries, Cherries and a touch of black tea. Reminds me of a young Musigny with a powerful kiss of California. Enfield is Genius. 12.8% only!!!! 2 Puncheons produced. This is very well made. Plenty of tannins - this can go ~ 10 years. Man is this good!
