Such a complex nose for the price. Earth and minerals adjoin spicy black fruit inside the schnozz. The palette is light-medium with a quick red and sour cherry nuance and a quick finish. Amazing how dark purple it is for how light it feels on the palette. Brilliant QPR at $9.

Enjoyable and not too much tannins. Cherries and chocolate, not much earthy flavor though. I love the French earthy wines. For the price range it was a great wine.

Not a bad old world wine. It doesn't have a great deal of what one would expect from France. Not overly minerally once you let it breath. Nice nose, good color, unfortunately flat at the back end.

Flavors of wild strawberry, BlackBerry and hints of milk chocolate. This cuvée is is backed with luscious spices, and finishes with notes of espresso that is very polished and smooth.
