Echézeaux Grand Cru Pinot Noir

Ok. Took 2+ hours to open up and show us more than butter and a touch of oak. Opened up into a tart, cran/raz/strawberry monster with tons of acid. Ended up being solid but still not worth the price of admission. Fun wine though.

Wow. Took a while to get going but oh man.

At the restaurant with grenouilles. This was superb.

2010 still could use a wee bit of sideways time yet is epic potential.

Rich and ready (if you are impatient like I am).
Beautiful cherry and warm oak. Long, luxuriant finish.
