Blind, I'd say a warm weather, French Pinot. Slight jammy characteristic to the red fruit, but real acidity to balance it out. Not delicious, but enjoyable

Haven't tried this but I met Emmanuel giboulot recently and tried several of his wine's- lovely elegance and character! Try anything of his you can find!
