Color of bubbly egg white. Nose of lychee, pineapple, a bit honey and flowering note, and a bit nutty. Taste is a bit sweet, with decent acidity, a bit tinkling, some tangerine, some zest, a bit more bitter sweetness, and a bit light on the flavors. Aftertaste is medium with more flavor from lychee.
