
Small production Cabernet Franc produced with Finger Lakes fruit. Light ruby color with a dark core. Aromas of green pepper, fresh herbs, purple flowers and black fruit. Showing more red fruit (raspberry and currants) on the palate with additional hints of graphite and black licorice. Finish is a bit short but the acidity is very bright and the tannins are silky. Very light bodied. You can sense the presence of Carbonic Maceration. Quite savory and green. (Fruit underripe?) Could handle being chilled. Thanks for sharing, Ron B!
