Gran vino de Emeve Del Valle de Guadalupe tres uvas donde en nariz sin saber proporciones de el caldo de cada uva predomina el aroma a pimiento proveniente de el Cabernet Sauvignon frutos rojos, yogurt, flores, tabaco ya un poco como un puro no Tan fuerte y café, en boca muy elegante y excelente nivel de acidez. En vista un rojo intenso muy bello. Lo maride con carne asada, chorizo norteño y queso asadero y excelente
