When Kent Rassmussen crafts a Pinot Noir, especially one from a vineyard block that was the first ever vineyard planted to Pinot Noir in Napa AND one in which he's been the winemaker since the '80's, I listen. This wine is courtesy of Cellar Angels and the fresh cherry, strawberry, raspberry, without the candied fruit synonymous with Caneros was sensational. Awesome price and wine.
