Dec 27th, 2020Purple color with some brown (from aging), sugary leathery, curry - masala lol not kidding but it’s a subtle and scent based, the taste is tobaccoy (sweet maduro) for a Pinot but def still has the core Pinot characteristics, the acid is notable and there a sourness and pushes against a weak tannin - 21 years old so still some raspberry and rhubarb but the leathers mix with it
