Special Cuvée Mendocino Chenin Blanc

Under appreciated varietal. Minerality and grassy notes, with a butterscotch like finish paired excellent with oysters.

Yummy, clean, with the slight wax/oil touch. A floral note that helps identify the wine. This is as good as Chenin Blanc gets.

Not too sweet. Great with Indian food.

Bold for a Sauv blanc. Loved it.
