Eleven Eleven Wines tasting at Classic tonight. Winemaker is Kirk Venge. 👌

This Pinot was...unique. Best way to describe is that it was as though I was tasting a barrel sample. Reason I say that is because I got a fair bit of oak on this. Different for a Bacigalupi Pinot. Typical black cherry, cola, cedar notes, but the crisp acidity and oak was different.
