Attractive, mellow, sapid 100% Dunaj (newly bred variety). Made of overripe grapes. Long maceration. Aged in used barrels.
Deep ruby dress, garnet rim.
Dense aroma of blackberry and black currant, accompanied by wild cherry and smoky plum. Some rosemary, peat and rye bread undertones.
Nearly full-bodied palate with gastronomic acidity. Soft and rounded tannins. Flavored with black and red currant, wild cherry, blackthorn, elderberry.
Mostly wild cherry with touch of blackberry on medium length finish.
Paired spicy homemade pork rissoles nicely.
