Oro pajizo presencia de sedimentos, en nariz buena potencia, mineral , mantequilla, mandarina. En boca buena entrada, paso fresco , final con algún pequeño defecto y bastante amargor.. Una pena el final.

Lovely pale gold colour with a complex smell, including green apple, lychee, pineapple (?) perhaps lime zest, a hint of spice and minerality. Texture is dry, smooth & a bit creamy. Flavour was disappointingly basic after the appearance & aroma, and although pleasant was a bit dull. I drank this after a chicken tikka masala which might have subdued some of the flavour.
