Simple and fruit forward like you'd expect for a Grenache varietal. Total berry on the nose. Friendly and warm on the palate -- medium acid and tannins do their job and don't mess anything up. Finish is surprisingly long and pleasant for this cheap of a wine. Verdict: for a $10 European red, this is remarkably well made and enjoyable, given that it's a simple table wine.
