I’ll come back to this in 24 hours. Currently, not revealing much more than very tight cherry/tangerine notes…and that’s it. (Perhaps my palate is still in thrall of last night’s Domaine des Mouilles Fleurie ‘20. Just gorgeous.) Twenty-four hours in this pinot continues to hold her secrets tightly. Oh, well. If one chooses to ignore advice that the ‘15s require a lot of patience then don’t go running to Mama to make things right.
