Old Shiraz, maybe over the hill, no fruit but the oak's still kicking. The cork crumbled like blue cheese, the sediment is thick pon the side of the bottle & the colour is fading to rust. Interesting but maybe not so good. If they hadn't used so much new American wood maybe it would have reached an age'ed elegance cuz it has the acid. Savory, tealijk & turning to over oaked vinegar. But I probably like it more now then when it was first bottled?
