From magnum. Initial aromas of plum, cassis, cranberry, cherry cola followed by nutmeg, licorice, dark spices, and vanilla. Some hints of smoke and herbs too. On the palate it’s rich yet fresh, with very good fruit intensity and a acidic spine. Smooth and long finish with ripe and round tannins.
I was surprised how approachable this was. 300 cases made.

Dried black cherry, just the right amount of age. Little menthol and oxidation. Tasty dark chocolate mid palate, mild va finish. Delicious!
