(This is for a Eastern Peake Pinot Taché.). This is definitely some adult rosé. The lees contact gives depth on the nose and lovely texture to the palate. Fresh strawberry notes up front give way to suppleness in the middle and then a drier savoury finish, supplemented by the lees-y characters. It’s a lovely aperitif. A great food wine.
